Obituary: Barbara J DeVingo, 64 of Manasquan passed away at her home with her family by her side. Barbara was born and raised in Jersey City. She was a graduate of St. Dominic Academy and Bergen Community College. Barbara also worked for several years in the English Dept at Bergen Community College. Prior to Manasquan, Barbara lived in Jersey City, Midland Park, Wyckoff, Point Pleasant Beach and Manchester. Barbara and her husband wintered in Stuart, FL. She was a member of the Ridgewood Racquet Club and taught yoga in Stuart, FL. Barbara was an artist who enjoyed painting. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, William and Virginia Beilin and a brother William. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Joseph DeVingo of Manasquan; two daughters and two sons-in-law Andrea and Michael Perrella of Montvaille, NJ and Justine and Christopher Wright of Toms River, NJ; a grandchild Natalie. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday May 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan. A Funeral service will be held 10 am at the funeral home Saturday May 7. Entombment will follow at St. Catharine’s Mausoleum, Sea Girt.
