Obituary:
Roberta “Bobbi” Cidern, 63 of Brick formerly of Wall passed away Sunday, October 4, 2009 at her home with her family by her side. Bobbi was born in New York City, NY lived in Metuchen and Wall before moving to Brick in 2004. Bobbi graduated from Metuchen High School in 1963. Bobbi worked for TFH a pet book publishing company for 15 years in accounts receivable. Upon her retirement she worked as a recruiter for Caregiver Resources, Home Health Care, Wall for 5 years. Bobbi was a communicant of Holy Innocents Church, Neptune. She was very involved in her church as the treasurer for the St. Vincent DePaul Society, Counselor with the Consolation Ministry and a Eucharistic Minister. Bobbi was very happy just being a mother and grandmother.

Bobbi was predeceased by her husband Paul J. Cidern, Sr in 1998. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Susanne Dyer and her husband Richard of Brick; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Paul J Cidern Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Brick and Brian Cidern and his wife Kimberly of Lanoka Harbor. Bobbi is also survived by two brothers John Meehan and August Meehan and his wife Jodie; four sisters Dorothy Erwin and her husband Pat, Margarete Miller, Randi Hogan and her husband Ronnie and Kathy Meehan; five grandchildren, Devin, Patrick, Ian, Kara and Gabrielle.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 11 am at Holy Innocents, Church, Neptune. Interment will follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery, Wall. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society C/O Holy Innocents Church, 3455 West Bangs Avenue, Neptune, NJ 07753 or Astrazeneca Hope Lodge, 110 W.
